Paul Ainsley PAUL AINSLEY
(Ickes, Congressman)
Originated the role of King Herod in the broadway production of Jesus-Christ Superstar with his dear friend, Kay Cole. Other National Tours / Major Productions include Thenardier in Les Miserables, Pirates of Penzance, Gypsy with Karen Morrow, Drood, Lunch, Annie Warbucks, Cinderella, Evita, Peter Pan with Cathy Rigby, Guys & Dolls, and A Funny thing Happened On The Way To The Forum. Television work includes: The Young and the Restless, The Bold and the Beautiful, Weird Science, Babylon 5 and of course his many appearances as Jim The Bartender on Three's Company. A number of voiceovers and animated features round out this amazing career!

Betsy Beard

BETSY BEARD
(Marte)
brings distinguished East Coast and regional credits to her appearance tonight in Haven. On Broadway, Betsy appeared with both Richard Burton and Anthony Perkins; Dracula, with Frank Langella; and Shenandoah, which starred John Cullum. Betsy played opposite Harve Presnell in Oklahoma in the First National Revival Tour. At Washington, DC's Kennedy Center, Ms Beard was le lead singer in the musical Amerika, based on Kafkas's novel, by Israeli composer, Shlomo Gronich. A voiceover specialist, Betsy has been heard on hundreds of national and network commercials. A native Tulsan, Betsy made her operatic debut with James McCracken in Otello, and performed the role of Dinah in Trouble in Tahiti, with Skitch Henderson and the Tulsa Philharmonic. In her new home in Arizona, she has appeared in movies, series, and commercials. Betsy serves on the Arizona  Board of the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists(AFTRA), and is The Human Jukebox.

Stephanie J. Block is honored to be a part of Haven portraying such an
amazing woman. She comes to us straigt from the Civic Light Opera of
South Bay Cities where she starred as Polly in their critically acclaimed Crazy
For You. Stephanie's most recent and favorite roles include Fannie Brice in
Funny Girl, a role for which she was awarded the 2000 L.A. Robby Award for
Best Actress in a musical. She has just recently finished working with
Stephen Schwartz on his new musical, Wicked. She originated the title role
of this piece, playing the Wicked Witch of the West. Some other credits
include: Broadway: Buria in By Jupiter. Regional: Mary Jane in James
Joyce's The Dead(The Ahmanson Theatre and the Kennedy Center),
Nancy in Oliver, Corine in Triumph of Love, The Narrator in Joseph and the
Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Z's Fav in Will Rogers Follies. When
not onstage, Stephanie's voice can be heard on numerous CDs and
commercial jingles including singing the voice of Barbie for Mattel. As
always, she thanks her Heavenly Father for His love, her life, and the
amazing people and events He has blessed her with.

Is a recent graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. He recently relocated in Los Angeles to attend graduate school. San Diego-area credits include The Boys Next Door(Norman), Le Bourgeois Gentilhomme (Ballet Teacher), Fiddler on the Roof(Tevye), Sweeney Todd(Anthony),The Good Doctor(Narrator), The Marriage of Bette and Boo(Matt), Into the Woods(Prince Wolf), Dreams #5(Al), Hamlet(Hamlet), Scott Stein's First Play
(Scott Stein), and The Orphans(Anthony). Los Angeles-area credits include Operation:Diva Drop(an improv opera), Scott Stein's First Play, A Broadway Bouquet, Evita, and Kismet. He wishes to thank God for the gifts of life, friends, family,and(most impotantly)faith-Psalm 13:6. He dedicates this performance to the memory of those he lost this year. Doug Carfrae(Mr. Cross)-On Broadway and in National Tours, Doug appeared in Ragtime, City of Angels, The Fantasticks, She Loves me, The Pajama Game, and Music Is. He is the recipient of two Drama-Logue Awards for leading roles in Man of La Mancha and Sweeney Todd, a Robby Award for Shenandoah and a Back Stage Garland Award for Putting It
Together. With the Musical Theatre Guild, Doug has been featured in Where's Charley?, The Robber Bridegroom, and Plain And Fancy. Other recent credits include: Titanic, Damn Yankees, Singin'In The Rain and Meet Me in St. Louis(CLO of South Bay Cities), South Pacific(Theatre League), It's Only A Play(Royal Poinciana), Guys & Dolls(Seattle's Fifth Avenue), 1776(St. Louis MUNY) and this summer The Music Man, Annie and Fiddler On The Roof(Sacramento Music Circus). On film and television, Doug has been featured in Frasier, Dear John, Murder She Wrote, Chance of a Lifetime, True Identity, Tomcats, and many more. He proudly serves on the National Governing Board of Actor's Equity Association and as chairman of its Western Regional Board.

Most recently appeared as Pangloss in The California Symphony's production of Candide. Opera work has included roles in Turandot, Attila, Don Giovanni and the Impressario. Theatre credits include Sweeney Todd, Much Ado About Nothing, A Little Night Music and Phantom Of The Opera, with performances at The Curran Theatre in San Francisco, South Coast Repertory, Mark Taper Forum, The Magic Theatre and The California Shakespeare Festival. He has also worked extensively in film and television.

Will Heermance graduated this June from the UCLA Depatment Of Theatre. While an undergraduate he was privileged to play Dauntless in the musical Once Upon A Mattress under the direction of Carol Burnett, as well as perform in three productions with Reprise!, the most recent being Hair this past june. He was also recipient of the First Place Carol Burnett award. Most recently, Will performed the role of Jimmy in the Odyssey Theatre
Ensemble's critically acclaimed musical review. Kurt Weill:Songplay. He is very excited to be a part of this world premiere production

Nathan Holland, a native New Yorker, just finished working on the revival project Some Like It Hot to be announced soon in Las Vegas;in the George Raft role of Spats with Tony Curtis. Some of his credits include Crazy For You (Bela), Guys And Dolls(Nathan Detroit), Violet (Preacher), Lullaby of Broadway(Al Dubin)for which he received a Backstage Award, Tommy, Jesus Christ Superstar(Simon). His favorite role was in the award-winning Vietnam play Tracers in the role of Baby San. He dedicates this show to all his European relatives who came over here to New York.

Alissa is thrilled to be making her west coast professional debut in Haven. Alissa is a recent graduate of the Boston Conservatory of Music with a B.F.A. in Musical Theatre and a minor in both voice and directing. Some of her favorite roles include Rose Alvarez in Bye Bye Birdie(YAC), The Play in Without A Song(West Valley Players)and Anita in West Side Story (Shakespeare F.S.C.). She would like to thank her family and Tom for their love and support. This performance is dedicated to her grandfather who was a Cantor and passed earlier this year.

Melissa recently returned from spending the summer with Sacramento Music Circus, where she played roles such as Fruma-Sarah in Fiddler on The Roof and Star-to-be-in Annie. She has performed in many of the major theatre companies in Southern California, including Theatre League, McCoy/Rigby Productions, and CLO of South Bay Cities. Her credits include Carousel (Julie Jordan) and Grease(Marty) for the Moonlight Amphitheatre, A Chorus Line(Maggie)for Music Theatre of Southern California, the L.A.premiere of Songs For A New World(Jessica), My fair Lady(Eliza)for Candlelight Pavilion, Evita(Peron's Mistress)for FCLO and The Cocoanuts(Polly)for Performance Riverside. Melissa received her Bachelors in Music from UCLA, where she played Lady Larken under the direction of Carol Burnett in Once Upon A Mattress, and won First Place in the 1997 Carol Burnett Musical Theatre Awards.

SIERRA A.R. REIN SIERRA A.R. REIN

Having graduated from UCLA's School of Theater, Film and Television in 1999 with an emphasis on directing and musical theatre, Sierra is delighted to be a part of Haven. An alumna of UCLA's award-winning Awaken A Cappella, she has performed as the Witch in Into The Woods, as Dr. Charlotte in Falsettos, as the Castle Wench in Once Upon A Mattress(directed by Carol Burnett), as well as roles in Reprise!'s Pajama Game and The Boys From Syracuse. She also directed Tiny Band's 1997 production of Assassins and Chum & Bigg's Little Shop of Horrors in 2000. Recently she understudied and performed the
lead role of Nadia in the critically acclaimed and award-winning musical Bare: a pop opera, performed at the Hudson Mainstage Theater. She is currently  represented by The Bobby Ball Agency. Sierra owes much of her sanity to Ecks, Zaphod, and to Pete.

Has just been seen recently as Sylvio in A Servant to Two Masters at the International City Theatre. He has appeared regionally in Conversations With My Father and Grapes of Wrath(The Cleveland Playhouse), performed in and produced the world premiere of Red Tie, Green Tie(West Coast Ensemble) and a benefit performance of The Man Who Came to Dinner at the Mark Taper Amphitheater with Charles Durning. His television series, Hands On, continues to run on PBS and throughout schools nationwide. He is a recent graduate of the Bachelor of Fine Arts theatre program at Florida State University.

Previous credits include: Crazy For You, My Fair Lady, South Pacific, Hello Dolly, Without A Song, Brigadoon, The dutchman, The Wiz, and the premiere of an original play at the Stella Adler Theatre, 2nd Chance-later the basis of the documentary, For The Love Of It. Nicholas was a featured vocalist with The Boston Pops, under the direction of Keith Lockart, and recently was soloist at the Cinegrill at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. Nicholas studies voice with Calvin Remsberg and is planning his imminent relocation to New York City to pursue his career. Thanks to Michael, Bill, and Kay for this opportunity, as well as family and friends for their support.

Ron Slanina is pleased to join the cast of Haven direct from his critically acclaimed performance of Aaron in Musical Chairs at the El Portal Theatre. Near his native Pittsburgh, PA he has enjoyed working with the Three Rivers Shakespeare Festival, Sawmill Theatre, and West Virginia Public Theatre per- forming in productions of Cat On A Hot Tin Roof(Brick), Two Gentlemen Of Verona(Valentine), Happy End(Baby Face), The Pajama Game(Sid Sorokin), Li'l Abner(Abner). Favorite television credits include: Emeril, The Drew Carey Show, Days Of Our Lives, Murphy Brown and Ellen. On film he can be seen in Family Attraction with Martin Sheen and Chris Penn, Flooding and Dr. Weed. Ron earned his BFA in Acting from Clarion University and currently studies acting with Cameron Thor.

Has toured the United States, Europe and Asia playing roles such as Joe Gillis in Sunset Boulevard, Bill Sykes in Oliver(opposite Andrea McArdie), and Don in a Chorus Line. He has performed several roles Off-Broadway and recently originated the role of the Priest in the World Premiere of Bare. Regional credits include Stanley in Streetcar Named Desire, Laertes in  Hamlet, and Freddy in My Fair Lady. Mark enjoys his work as a voiceover
artist as well as his roles in film and television, but has enjoyed his greatest success as a friend and ice cream expert.

Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota, Eden is very excited to be a part of the premiere cast of Haven. Fresh out of high school, Eden attended the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in Pasadena. Soon she found her way to the Stella Adler Conservatory in Hollywood where she spent three years in an idyllic arena to train, make friends and grow. Eden was last seen as Fran Walker in Frank Gilroy's The Only Game in Town at the Actors Circle
Theatre. Other stage credits include: South Pacific, Music Man, Once Upon A Mattress. Film credits include: Rake's Progress, Crispy, Crackers & Beans TV credits include: The Cosby Show, The Bold and The Beautiful. A big thank you to Bill and Michael for this special opportunity.

Lauren Brody-Stewart is honored to be a part of this amazing story. She is currently a senior at UCLA, studying to receive her B.A. in Musical Theater. Performing since the age of 5, on film and on stage-seeing a full house, singing your heart out, feeling that applause in the end-is one of the most sensational feelings in the world. She's performed in over 30 musicals, from Oklahoma to Little Shop Of Horrors, in places such as South Coast Rep., The Orange County Performing Arts Center, The Fullerton Musical Theater Village, South County Summer Stock and various community theaters. Her favorite roles include Nancy in Oliver, Hodel in Fiddler, Lily in Annie, and the Cheschire Cat in Alice, Once Cats Tale. A proud daughter/sister to one fabulous family, lucky friend to a few amazing inviduals, citizen of the fairy folk in 'real life' and an ever-grateful soul to G-d and all things promoting positive energy. Marissa Teitelman, who is ten years old and lives in Calabasas. California, has been performing professionally since she was four years old. She has appeared in many television commercials, print ads and voice-overs. She was a member of the Children's theater group "The Peanut Butter Players"in  Boulder, Colorado. Marissa has appeared on many of Mattel's toys boxes. Her theatrical credits include Annie, Edith stein, and The Music Man. Marissa co-starred in the film Mom and Me. Marissa sings, plays the piano
and participates in gymnastics, soccer and softball. She studies ballet, jazz and tap dances in competition.

Cameron Teitelman, a 13-year-old native of California, has been performing professionally since the age of six in national television commercials, print ads,voice-overs. At seven he began performing with the professional chil- dren's theater group"The Peanut Butter Players" in Free To Be You And Me. Charlie Brown, The Music Man, and Narnia. He played the urchin in the Cleveland San Jose Ballet Company's production of Blue Suede Shoes. At
the Denver Performing Arts Center he was Tiny Tim in A Christmas Carol. His stage credits include Edith Stein, the Secret Garden, Dear Maudie, and the Broadway National Tour of Les Miserables as Gavroche. TV credits include House Rules and Real Story. He studies acting, piano, violin in Los  Angeles, Cameron still managed to garner the President's Award for  Outstanding Academic Achievement in 1999.

11-year old Chelsea is a 6th grade student at Hermosa School in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Chelsea won the 2000 San Bernardino County Solofest at age 10!. A stage veteran, Chelsea has appeared in numerous productions including Annie, Annie Warbucks, Mame, The Wizard of Oz, It's A Wonderful Life, The Little Mermaid, and Once Upon A Mattress. She has per- formed the National Anthem at numerous social and sporting events in Nevada and California. In her free time Chelsea enjoys talking on the phone with her friends and running away from her 2-year-old sister, Gracie. Becoming a professional country singer is Chelsea's ultimate dream. Chelsea wwishes to thank her singing teacher-Melanie Alpert, her vocal coach-Carol Weiss, her teacher-Mrs Scheidler, her favorite cousin-Director Michael Unger, Sherry Kinison, and her family for all of their love and support. BRADY FROME BRADY FROME

A Los Angeles Native, was drawn at an early age to the exciting world of theater. Performing by the age of 8 and now a stage veteran at 12, Brady recently completed his second season with the Children's Civic Light Opera as Mingo in Crazy For You. Other recent theater credits include The Flatted Fifth, and several Los Angeles productions of Grease. Brady was also proud to be part of To Life:Israel's 50th Birthday, an international television special. He thanks Michael Unger and everyone at the Haven for giving him this wonderful opportunity; Linda de Martinez and Marsha Hervey for believing in him;his voice, tap and acting coaches for their patience; the Milken community for its support;and his family and friends for their love and encouragement.
